Youth training
School aged youth through age 16 are welcome to attend at any time during the training year.

Adult training
The adult training is open to adults age 17 and up.  Because of the systematic method used in the adult program, adult open enrollment is only available during the months of August and September. The first semester covers Self-Defense and Life Protection. The second semester offers official martial arts training for those who wish to continue upon completion of the first semester’s program.

Fee: $7/week per individual or $15/week per family.
